Easy To Use

Lay the coaster on a flat surface with the rubber ring facingdown. Plug the DC end of the power adapter into thecoaster and the other end into an Ac wall outlet. Place thecup on the coaster and make sure the metal ring is alignedwith the copper tab on the coaster.

Control mug temperature
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to power thecup in standby mode.Each press of the power button will cycle through 3 temperatures.
- First press - 135F
- Second press - 140F
- Third press -145F
The temperature will flash on the display until the cupreaches set temperature.Press and hold the power button for three seconds at anytime to turn off the power.

Yes, If the temperature is lower than the temperature you set, it will automatically heat to the temperature you need, such as 135°F. Generally we recommend that it is better if your drink temperature is higher than the temperature you set.
Can other cups be placed on coasters for heating, other brands of mugs or ordinary ceramic mugs?

Any other cup will not work. The heating element is in the accompanying cup itself. So, it have to be the accompanying plastic 12oz temperature cup it brings.
Are there other sizes available for this coffee cup, and how long does the battery last to keep it warm.

Just 12 oz temperaturer mug is available here. After fully charged, the battery can maintain a constant temperature for up to 4 hours.

How to clean DameWarmer mug? can the whole DameWarmer mug (inside and outside the mug) be washed with tap water?

Yes, the mug can be washed under running water, when done, dry the mug completely before placing it back on the base coaster. Do not immerse the cup in water. Lids are dishwasher safe, we recommend an occasional wipe with a damp cloth to keep the butt coasters clean.
