Warranty and Replacement Policy


Important: by using your product from damewarmer.com, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Damewarmer one-year limited warranty (the “Warranty”) as set out below.

 

Do not use your product until you have read the terms of this Warranty.

 

If you do not agree to the terms of this Warranty, do not use the product and return it within the return period set forth in the Return Policy.

 

What is covered?
Damewarmer warrants to the original purchaser that the product accessories (collectively, the "Product") from Damewarmer.com shall be free from material defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

 

The Warranty does not apply to any:

Product or part of a Product that has been serviced, altered, refurbished, or modified by anyone who is not authorized.

Any cosmetic damage such as scratches and dents

Any damage or defects caused by:
* Use with non-damewarmer products;
* Accident (including, but not limited to microwave use), abuse, improper or abnormal use, corrosion, discoloration of paint or plastic (or any other change in cosmetic appearance that does not affect performance), theft, vandalism, mishandling, fire, flood, wind, lightning, freezing or other natural disasters or acts of God of any kind;

* Normal wear and tear or aging of the Product

* Operating the Product:
- Outside the permitted or intended uses described by damewarmer
- Not in accordance with instructions provided by damewarmer

* With improper voltage or power supply.

 

Lifetime free replacement service for charging coaster:
The charging coaster of temperature control mug, we offer a lifetime free replacement service.

 

Once the customer's coaster is confirmed to be purchased from Damewarmer.com, we will provide a replacement coaster service, which is valid for life. Customers only need to provide proof of purchase to the customer service team, usually an order number or proof of transaction or the order email sent  by our system.

 

Charging Coaster Replacement Process:
1.Contact our customer support via email and provide us with your purchase record or the order email sent to you by our system.
2.Once we receive the information, we will confirm with you within 48 hours.
3.Upon approval, we will verify your shipping address and send you the new coaster.
